Welcome to Artisio. By accessing or using the Artisio mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Artisio is a platform that connects customers with skilled artisans and service providers. The App allows customers to browse, book, and review artisan services, and allows artisans to list their services and manage bookings.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems.

5. Artisan Services

• Artisans are independent service providers and are not employees of Artisio.
• Artisio does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by artisans.
• Any agreement for services is solely between the customer and the artisan.
• Artisans are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their trade.

6. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings made through the App are subject to the artisan's availability and acceptance.
• Pricing displayed in the App is set by individual artisans and may vary.
• Payment terms and methods are agreed upon between the customer and artisan.
• Artisio is not responsible for disputes arising from payment or service delivery.

7. Reviews and Ratings

• Users may leave reviews and ratings after receiving a service.
• Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on genuine experiences.
• Artisio reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or are deemed fraudulent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials within the App are the property of Artisio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Artisio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Artisio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Artisio is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from interactions between customers and artisans.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
